Epona the horse is a key feature which was introduced in Zelda Ocarina of Time. Epona made it easy to get from place to another. She could also jump barriers which link couldn't get over. Epona was found by Link when Link attends the Lon Lon Ranch. Epona was raised by Malon and Talon.
